There's a group of like 15 mongolians at my university. I became good friends with one of them and now I hang out with all of them consistently for drinks and partying. They're pretty fuckin' chill and normal. Much closer to western culture than you would think compared to Korea/Japan/China. The language is actually written vertically but by god does it sound fucking awful, I don't know how they don't slobber all over their lips. Also their names are pretty whack, as in my Buddies name is Ussunbayar Bchutchluun.
