Why do Southern European countries face such a problems with unemployment? Why it is so big there? Why don't they emigrate massively to find a job? And how do they sustain decent life quality with such an unemployment? Unemployment usually linked to absence of economy at all and a big thing for countries with no industry usually. Spain unemployment is comparable to some African countries but they have a good life quality though. How do they do it?

Capitalism or Socialism
It seems like countries that adopt socialism (Northern Europeans) and are able to convince their citizenry to embrace and commit to it eventually reach a point of economic and social equality that is very stable.
Countries that are hardcore Capitalist (eg. US) are able to thrive economically but inequality will eventually come into play and may cause instability. However, the motivation to put in an effort for a chance to succeed still drives the population to commit to their system.
Finally you have countries that sit in the no-mans-land between capitalism an socialism (southern Europeans). They want the guarantees and support of socialism without willing to sacrifice, and want the rewards of capitalism without having to work hard for them.
The backlash in N. Eu against immigrants is because the migrants are not willing to commit to the Socialist way and share in the sacrifice, they are only willing to reap the benefits of the system that has been built there.
So, its either Capitalism or Socialism, not both.

Only during USSR when we were superpower and partly now. In 90s we were colony of the West (so Russians hate Europe now) and things were pretty same in Tsar Russia (elites were Germanic, we had many European colonists like Volga Germans etc).

It's not necessarily, but some thing to consider is that the government gets what it has by taking it from it's citizens first, essentially at gunpoint. All government does is shuffle resources.
