Sort of. The Guianas are very diverse. The Caribbean and some islands in Polynesia also have a large Indian diaspora because the British empire used Indians for work pretty much everywhere. There are a lot in Africa too, although a lot have left after decolonization since there is a lot of resentment towards Indians there because the British used them for educated jobs/middlemen because they didn't trust blacks.
