But that state was created under pressure from Nazi Germany, we were conpletely subjugated to them in foreign policy, defence, economy, industry, internal affairs etc.
It sent our own citizens for extermination and paid 500 Reichsmark for each one. In the end Tiso gave medals to Germans that were killing our people, Slovaks that rose up against that barbarity and negation of civilisation.
Germans didn't count with independent Slovakia in a case of victory. Not even with a survival of the Slovak nation
It was a puppet state in every sense of the word. Incredibly humiliating episode in our history
