That's like saying France is just sideways Netherlands. We use pan-slavic colors on our flag, it's just a coincidence that we decided to use it in this specific pattern, senpai. I still don't think the whole of Europe should be represented by the flag of the Netherlands.

You do realize the Pan-Slavic colors are derived of the Dutch flag? Russia changed it's flag because the Tsar was a Dutchaboo, and the Pan-Slavic colors are in turn from the Russian flag.
