I studied all the way up to a master's without paying for anything, my city has exceptional services including health care and public transport thanks to taxes. I'm not scared of becoming unemployed because I will be provided for until I find another job. I live a very comfortable life, can afford to buy pretty much anything I ever want and travel almost whenever I want. And unlike you third worlders, if I ever did want to move abroad for some reason it would be incredibly easy, no matter what I chose as my destination.
