From a purely legal pov, Gibraltar was taken in an illegal action because Spain and England were technically not at war when it was seized, this does not matter to be honest because the city was given away in Utrecht anyway. What bugs us is that territorial waters were never given to GB but the Gibraltar police insist that those waters are British. In fact, the concept did not even exist at the time, so it's a very awkward issue where nobody is actually right.

I've been. It's an incredibly interesting place. It's like a compact city squeezed between a massive mountain and a bustling port. To get to it you have to drive over an active runway.
