What do Scandinavians think of Germans and Dutch people and vice versa?

Finns are a Swedish thing, but due to geographical closeness, shared culture & struggles, and generally being counted as a part of Scandinavia, they're closer to us than most other countries. Despite their ridiculous language.
Estonians have little to no connection to Scandinavia. The most they have is being conquered by Danish and Swedish kings several centuries ago. However they are very close to Finns, both culturally and language-wise.

The Dutch immigrants were exempt from Danish taxation and were given privileges such as being allowed to hunt most wild animals and having their own judicial system until 1823. Several names in the area and some surnames in Denmark give away the Dutch influences.

The Dutch navies have often been a place for Danish and Norwegian sailors I believe. Even going so far that many Norwegians immigrated to the Netherlands.

I don't think views on Scotland differ much from the views on England, or the UK as a whole. Britain is viewed as "friend". That basically stems from British aid during WWII and the cold war. And while Britain and Scandinavia shares history, Britain has always focused on being their own thing, instead of working to close the gap between our nations. So I don't think there is as much kinship as there is between Scandinavians internally.
As for the Orkneys and Shetlands, they might still be Norwegian in some die-hard imperalists mind, but they're British now. Really cool how they've kept some of the cultural aspects from before though.
