Depends where you are partially, where i am its pretty mixed but its an area of lots of internal migration and growth. I have dark hair and green eyes, my mum is very welsh with black hair and dark eyes, my dad had mid brown hair and blue eyes. My grandparents were a mix of blonde and dark hair.
