Spaniards, shed some light on something for me.
I know this chick living in Spain and she regularly goes to sleep at around 3-4AM every day. She says they don't eat dinner until around 10PM and that this is a common thing there.

Why do Spanish people stay up so late? What the fuck? NEETs are the kinds of people that stay up until 4AM shitposting and playing video games
>>
Because we have a fucked up schedule and we cant organize anything
>>
>>56985440
Yep it's common but because from 14:30 to 20:00 we take our siesta so we don't need sleep
>>
>>56985440
unironically, it is common to have dinner at 10 pm in latin countries

Common thing in southern Europe.

I spend my summers at my family in Southern France and almost starve to death until finally eating after 9pm.

They ususally make siesta in the afternoon so they make up for it by going sleeping later.

It's not that hot so late in the evening, so it makes sense to live farther into the night.

Also the food eaten in Southern Europe is usually well done and takes longer to prepare

we literally had prosperity for two millennials, Nordcuck
Deign us some break
>>
>>56989445

1)wake up, take coffee and toast/croissant/other pastry
2)a snack +coffee or something at mid morning break somewhere between 11hrs and 12hrs
3)main meal of the day at ~14:30 hrs
4)dinner at ~21:00-22:00 hrs (light meal)
5)go t bed past 24:00 hrs

That's basically how it works. The siesta thing is only real thing for some people during summer after main meal. I've never known anyone doing the siesta during working days unless he works at home/own business + is a faggot, or works in one of those Silicon valley style offices that offers special nap rooms for employees.

Central/Northern Europe and North America don't have that much day time. Here in summer the sun rises at 5am and it sets at 8:30pm. In winter it rises at 8am and it sets at 6pm. I usually get up at 6:30am and go to sleep at 12am

Humidity doesn't really matter when it's so hot.
I say this because I've lived both in very humid and very dry places and 40ºC is the same torture in both.
>>
>>56992849
You have a point (kinda). High humidity doesn't allow sweat to evaporate fast so your body can't cool down effectively, but I agree that at those temperatures it doesn't even matter. However, 25-30 degrees is comfy in dry areas but a nightmare in humid ones.

Nigga, I've lived in both extremes.

Humidity is infinitely worse than dry heat no matter what. I would take dry heat over this humidity anyday. And I live in the Southern USA where it's like living in a sauna

1/2am is average bedtime

Fully 75 percent of people in Portugal stay up past midnight, the highest percentage of any country.

humidity is a huge deal
I can easily take a comfy 40+ºC dry day but want to kill myself in a 32-35ºC very humid day
you can't literally breath when the humidity is too high + sweat doesn't work

I wake up at 5:45 am. I shower and dress then head downstairs to make breakfast. Browse the Internet and watch TV a little before heading out the door at 6:45am. Get to work at 7am. Work until 11am lunch. Back to work at 12pm. Work until 4pm. Get off work. Stop by grocery store and pick up stuff for dinner. Get home around 5pm. Make food. Watch TV. Browse internet. 9pm take shower and make sure laundry is good and kitchen is clean. Go to bed around 10-11pm

This is why the USA is successful.
