Just about every multinational in the EU has their hq there. If you buy a starbucks coffee in London, almost all of the profit goes as a licensing fee to Luxembourg Starbucks. Their they dont pay much tax, and transfer it back to the parent corporation. Most big brands do this.
Only America and Switzerland have bigger investment banking.
