Copenhagen is blue (it's the north-eastern part), but the rest of Zealand is yellow.
Lolland-Falster is pretty poor, but in general the rest of Zealand feels no different than most of Denmark, so I'm quite surprised it's yellow.

It has nothing to do with arabs conquering Sicily for a 100 years since Arabs never conquered some areas of the south like most of Campania or Sardinia.
It has to do with the fact that their genetic make up is completely different from Northen Italy, the differenc ebetween n. and s.italians is bigger than that between romanians and iberians.
This is not because of "arabs" but because of pre-historic migrations, if any recent invasions mattered a little it were germanic invasions which involved much, much more people than the arab invasions and lasted much longer and involved a much bigger area.
But it's mostly neolithic and bronze age migrations anyways.

Rred area is too general as it includes everything from Slovenia, Czech and Poland at the same time. Whoever visited those countries can clearly tell that Slovenia and Czech are at least 15 years ahead of Poland although Poland have been improving steadily and is on the way up.
