When I would go to school or work a filthy dirty factory job I would shower for every day that I worked, and then not on my days off, because I was so sick of moving that I did not become dirty.
Now that I'm a filthy NEET instead I have been showering about once a week, or otherwise if I (rarely) work up a sweat from a bike ride, occasional chores (yes I actually do dishes and clean the toilet periodically, I'm not a total disgrace), etc.
Obviously people will be disinclined to listen to me (even I think I should be showering more, I'm just lazy), but I think the serb is actually right. The ideal schedule is not-quite every single day, maybe 4-6 times a week depending on your personal routine. But if you get all grody then yes, you need to get cleaned up.

She is a truck driver that has bad knees and a bad back from driving the truck but you probably do not care about that case either.
