My uni brought in smoking areas for all university owned buildings, funnily enough it's only female members of staff (lecturers/librarians) who will have a go at you if you're smoking anywhere that isn't a designated smoking area.
Prices keep going up here too as well as a law that makes it so all newsagents and supermarkets have to have shutters on their cigarette supplies so if you don't know the name of a brand you want you are fucked.
