Nope, I've collected all their flags. Saint Martin, Martinique and Guadeloupe have their unofficial flags.

The French National Flag is still the OFFICIAL flag of most French territories.
However, most territories have some sort of UNOFFICIAL regional flag(s) that they use. But they have not been styled as OFFICIAL unlike UK and US territory flags because, well... they're French and they just never got around to it!
An exception is French Polynesia. Their local flag is official.

I don't know. KC has unofficial flags for Réunion and French Guiana too. But here only Martinique, Guadeloupe, French Polynesia, SPM, Saint Martin, TAAF and Wallis and Futuna get distinct flags.

My guess is that the company that produces the flags (famfamfam.com) had flags for Guadeloupe and Martinique (and Mayotte), but not for Réunion and Guyane. So whoever coded it in just used the French flag as a placeholder.
I'm inclined to believe Saint Martin was in the same situation before someone designed a flag for it.
