Similar to thai vaguely. I only had 2 dishes, some fried rice with a little sausage in it and some noodles. Chinese food is #based compared to everything else I have ever eaten.

The filling is a light and chewy fried dough stick, with chili paste and scallions. The wrap is an eggy buckwheat crepe.

I've eaten street food in Thailand, China, Cambodia and Vietnam and generally it's very tasty but the hygienes conditions are so shit I almost always end up sick.

Secondly, they wash up with boiling water and detergent. You know, like bloody well everywhere, you prissy poof.
Thirdly, the food is generally boiled or fried too.
Most tummy grumbles are just your body reacting to a different balance of bacteria. Chances of getting legitimate food-borne diseases and shit is pretty low.

I've spend 3 months in Cambodia and more than 4 months in Vietnam for work. If you really think street food in those countries is somehow clean then you're totally deluded. Doesn't mean you'll get automatically sick but chances are high.

Vietnam was generally cleaner than Cambodia where I saw some serious shit like people eating rats and cats or washing meat in the fucking gutter.
