So I found out about that Ancestry DNA testing here over a year ago and I have been curious lately after seeing it again. Has anyone here tried it that is still around on /int/? I am thinking about doing it because I don't know shit about half my family. Is it worth the $100?
Also this is me in the pic and I was also wondering if anyone can guess based off of my looks where I am from?
More interested in the Ancestry DNA so if anyone can let me know thank you.

Don't do it
On my bad things will come out of it

It is disappointing to learn you are not as white as you thought you were, but def worth it
At least it will give some perspective, even if results are only 70% accurate.
Also, since when do turks like pizza?.

I too am curious about this.

I dunno, you look western European, and will prolly have some eastern or Mediterranean in there.
You will be fine

My wife and I want to do it but aren't sure if it is worth it. Mixed reviews online.

>I didn't order the Turkish pizza
Dunno, I used 23andme a long time ago before it became insanely expensive. Here's what it says my ancestral makeup is, but it's bullshit because I am, and always will be, 100% American.

Definitely not 100% reliable, but it will get you thinking at least. I don't regret doing it at least, but that is just me.

You look 100% Finngol.
Do you live in the UP?
It's a scam, they use ancilliary information to give you a randomised result.
Also they keep your DNA forever

seems about right, but can they at least get the broad strokes correctly?

what was yours like?
So it sounds like it's not worth it.

Spanish, Greek, North African, some German, some sub-Saharan, some Amerindian.
I am white-ish and I have an Italian passport, so was surprised to find I am mostly Berber.
Again, it might be a scam, but it kinda fit, so I don't regret doing it
