I think they must've died out. By the time Hungarians arrived to Pannonia there were only slavs and some lingering celts here. They absorbed these hungarians, adopted their language, and now we bear no relation to them. Basically the people who lived here before 100 A.D are our ancestors and not the Hungarians who came in 800.
