Actively discriminating against people is wrong. There is literally nothing wrong with being afraid of a black person. If a big black dude is walking behind you at night, you have every right to be afraid. Black people overall have a culture that encourages violence. I would never act cruel towards my black buddies at work or expect special treatment, but I still wouldn't go walking in a black neighborhood unless I knew someone.
