my guess would be the eternal anglo quickly buffs up their military and tries to take the title of world's only super power. they try to take control of NATO or make their own version. France restarts their rivalry and also boosts up their military
russia goes blitzkreigs rushes its neighbors and gets alot of their satellite states back
