IJslands is vele malen mooier, maar zelfs dat kan niet op tegen het Nederlands. De wereld zou een veel betere plek zijn als Nederlands de standaardtaal overal zou zijn. Maar helaas stond de eeuwige Engelsman dat niet toe.

Speaking a proper Scandinavian language has the advantage that you can understand insular dialects (Icelandic, Faroese) pretty well, but also shitty lowlands west Germanic vomit like this also (kinda).
