Nothing. All Balts are one country in our mind. The land called "Pribaltica" (literally "By the Baltc Sea").
So. Balts have nice accents, they used to make good TVs and other electronics in USSR times, they make good smoked sprattus. Russo-Balt car factory was situated somewhere there in the emperial times. It was a surprise for me that they hate Russians (found out recently, like 2-3 years ago). I uderstand that it's the easiest way do make friends with the West though. I heard they're doing good in enhancing architectural outlook of the cities. Very good for them, at least somebody is recovering after the socialist wreckage.
