You know that having a Germanic grammar structure is quite important, yes? Moreover, the actual words used in everyday speech are Germanic in large majority. We have a lot of loan and scientific words that no one actually uses. Those contribute to the majority of those percentages you listed.
Everyday English speech is much more Germanic than French is Romance.
