I don't know. I barely know how to order beer. Learning the signs requires a lot of dedjcation. Grammar seems easy initially, but forming complex sentences, all the different particles and measure words are a massive hassle. Tones are hard, too. I don't think there is any hope for me to ever become fluent.

I didn't really want to learn it at first, but I had to choose a language option in Uni and I chose Norwegian, because why not. Don't regret it , your language is actually really nice, hard to pronounce tho

In Norway everyone has to learn a third language in school. Most people choose Spanish. German is the second most popular, and only around 14% choose French. But the people who learn French are usually a lot more satisfied with their choice.

I think the most baffling part of learning languages is that even though you're perfect in terms of grammar, you don't necessarily sound natural (just like my English).
