Like the Christ-Democrats (Zentrum back then) are mainly voted by catholics.

SPD often acts more conservative and less social democratic than the CDU. etc.

Monarchists are not necessarly nationalistic. And they can only be considered conservative in a monarchy not in a democracy since their values mean a change from the status quo.
