You folks should really do some squats and move around a bit from time to time. Sitting down for extended periods of time can lead to a blod clot in the leg, particularly in the lower part. This blood clot can then travel up to your lungs and kill you almost instantly, in a very painful way. This is called a deep vein thrombosis leading to a pulmonary embolism. It's what kills all those Koreans in internet cafés. It can happen in as little as five hours of sitting.
