Just to clarify, drugs aren't legal. They are decriminalized which means if the police catch you you will pay a fine. If you have more than 10 grams of weed (I don't know the amount for other drugs) then you can go to jail for intent to distribute. It's also a bit complicated as it changed a couple of times and the amount is defined as bigger than a small amount of drugs which is very confusing, potency also is a factor IIRC. If you have a normal joint you don't have to worry.
