Italy can be your brotherly rivals I guess. Romance countries who are both descended from Rome and have both tried to into Empire. other than that no one I suppose. Spain kinda sat out the world wars so they kinda avoided the rivalries as well

Spain isn't relevent enough to have rivals. I don't know a thing about the place other than that its Florida for British pensioners. Also, France aren't our rivals anymore, Germans are because they own the EU.
