It's all one long running gag between US citizens and the government. They try to stop illegals, and we shelter and hire them. Then when ICE comes and takes them away, we all have a good chuckle. The same thing with militia standoffs and FEMA aid.

The point is, deporting an illegal immigrant is pointless if you can't prevent them from coming over the border. Right now they basically have run amok and are voting in elections.
With border security we will be able to prevent not only mexican citizens, but citizens of other nations who would otherwise easily enter the country undocumented.
Eventually, with secured borders, it won't matter who hires or shelters illegal immigrants. They will eventually be deported and will have to resort to not being criminals and entering through proper channels.

Not in my state, they can't because they get checked. I'm in Michigan and I know guys that hire them every year.
I know one Mexican guy that comes up here legally every year to work for 5 months, and makes enough to live very well in Mexico for the other 7 months. He has a super nice house and a maid and gardener.
I think the illegal ones stay near the border in Texas and California.
