Why not Canada? There's enough jobs here, there's a lot of competition in Europe, they don't need outsiders when they have enough of their own kind, I'm not just saying this I work with people from Europe. Your best bet out of those would be Australia, better economy and no language barrier.

Depends on what you mean by "skilled worker".
If you're talking tradesman, I wouldn't bother, we've already got shit tonnes of those, not to mention every motherfucker and their dog are becoming tradies right now and in about 10 years the demand is going to be fucked.

By skilled worker I mean geological engineering. Which isn't really common outside of Canada I don't think.
But it covers stuff like oil and mineral exploration, and some civil engineering work in things like tunneling..

To be completely honest, I'm not sure the demand for geo engis in Australia.
But I do know we have a pretty good mining sector, its been a strong primary industry ever since this country has been a thing and probably won't be going anywhere anytime soon. In most kinds of ore mining, were usually in the top 3 largest producers or suppliers.
