Werner faymann wants germany to set a limit on how many refugees they take because they dont stop comming and it gets harder to control who comes in especially after the paris attacks they wannt to control the borders better since one of those guy was in austria for a while. I think they want to reinforce it but most austrians were against the fence to beginn with, thats why i think it will stay this way (maybe if the fpoe gets more power they will do that but i dont think that will happen soon).
Austria even started a campaign in countrys like Afghanistan where they give out messages that they should not come here
