Appearance varies a lot, since it's a big country with lots of heritages and ethnicities in several degrees of mixing.
Personality they are pretty open and talkative, you know how latin americans are. I've had girls that I just met in the streets after asking for directions invite me for stuff, which I don't think happens in other countries as easily.
