Icelandic is... Not the easiest language to learn. The difficulty of any language to learn depends on how similar they are to ones you already know, so a german would have an easier time learning Icelandic than an italian(because Icelandic is a germanic language, not a romance one). Actually finding material online is fairly easy if you speak English well enough, though.
