i dont really consume german media as its pretty bad in my opinion.
as far as games and stuff go, there is rocketbeans.tv which is a 24/7 twitch.tv channel (with videos on youtube) about video games and other (mostly related) stuff. of course they also have that retarded thing about just using some english vocabulary, because when you game you normally just play on english anyways since the community is bigger so the german community uses a lot of english words. especially when it goes into e-"sports" territory.
they also make lets plays, but the best is pen & paper imo.
