No it's the Zurich building
It was occupied by Zurich insurance but they left and it lay dormant for years. We used to hop over the fence late at night and climb the stairs up the building to the top, and you'd see amazing views of the city.
It was fucking cool.

Here's a view from the top I found on google, lots of people used to go up there because it was so easy to climb the fence and it was unoccupied for like six years at least
