"A Character of Dr Thomas Blackwell, written by Dr Alexander Gerard.
[Taken from the Aberdeen Journal.]
ON Sunday the 6th of March 1757, died at Edinburgh, in the fifty-sixth year of his age, Dr Thomas Blackwell, Principal and Professor of Greek in the Marischal College of Aberdeen. He became very early conspicuous in life for his masterly knowledge in all the several branches of polite literature ; and, by his 'Inquiry into the Life and Writings of Homer', acquired at once that distinguished character in the learned world, which he ever after supported with so much credit and reputation."

I actually liked it. It's not the kind of music that I'd listen to regularly, but I liked how you performed it. I liked the energy, you know? Good job! literally just as I finished writing "Good job!" you screamed "hail satan" so... uhh... I'm, I'm gonna say, I liked it except for that part. kek

kek, I had to do something that would appeal to the masses else the thread was going to 404.
Man, you would really fit in like a local where I live, no one would ever assume you hadn't lived here your whole life.

If that's your natural accent, you really are an American. On a scale of 1 to George W. Bush, how much apple pie and baseball do you consume every Sunday?
>No one wants to read shit today.
Write "Should I take my pants off first?" in French and I'll read that.

someone read this:
“Though I am young, and cannot tell”
BY BEN JONSON
Though I am young, and cannot tell
Either what Death or Love is well,
Yet I have heard they both bear darts,
And both do aim at human hearts.
And then again, I have been told
Love wounds with heat, as Death with cold;
So that I fear they do but bring
Extremes to touch, and mean one thing.
As in a ruin we it call
One thing to be blown up, or fall;
Or to our end like way may have
By a flash of lightning, or a wave;
So Love’s inflamed shaft or brand
May kill as soon as Death’s cold hand;
Except Love’s fires the virtue have
To fright the frost out of the grave.
If anyone knows hebrew I can write things for you to say.

Wow, what kind of place bases their flag off of the flags of the places where their ancestors left? Talk about unoriginal.
