Calm down Zhang

its a weekly thing we have to do, but if im writing 1500+ words every week for one course, im going to die
>book report due in 2028
sometimes teachers offer us strange amount of words for their questions.
like only 100 words for an argument requiring more than 1000 words,
while 50 words for a shit for which only 15 words or so are enough to be answered.
>3 sentence paragraph on what I think about the NFL concussion scandal due next week
>haven't even started
>>55958081
thats the problem i have as well. they want us to write a summary each week on what we've learned but what we learn is a fuckload and will take a shitload more than 250 words. they at least should make the minimum 750 so i dont feel like im doing something wrong.

This has to be a first year thing. What unit is it?
>>55958229
yes its first year. its for contract law
>not going to a uni where they set the first assignment's deadline until two months into the unit so you have seven weeks vacation
>>55958301
i had that last semester, was quite a breeze. although i was only doing one course as well
>>55958247
You're going to fail an easy first year unit if you do too many words.
>tfw 150 word essay due in 3 weeks
>haven't even started even though weve had 4 weeks already
>tfw gonna fail
>>55958419
but this seems like the only way to paraphrase the information we are getting from readings, lectures, tutes etc.
>>55958474
fuck thats brutal. you can do it anon, i believe in you
>>55958521
No it's retarded. You've misunderstood the assignment and you're going to look like an idiot to whoever marks it
>>55958595
well the teacher did also say theres no limit to how many words we can do. and its a weekly thing so its not an assignment per se but it is part of the participation marks we get in the workshops
