We have Kham here. It's only good when you have one slice of it. After one slice you get tired and feel disgusted and throw the actual opened can into the trashbin.

It's nice when you fry it then maker a sandwich out of it with some lettuce and tomatoes like the picture on the can or if you put it in an omelet in place of ham.
It's not something I would eat on a daily or even weekly basis though very bad for you.
Only have it fried with breakfast occasionally. Pretty great for meat in a can.

2.) Yes, used to love spam from 14-16 y/o. Mom thought it was disgusting and never let me eat it, but my grandma made really good spam sandwiches whenever we visited

It's realllly fuckin salty but if you're in the mood for it, it's not bad. Good with some eggs in the morning if you don't have any bacon. Shits so bad for you though. Like 1000 calories in one single can lol.
Tastes pretty good pan fried. No need to add oil.
I eat about two "slices" with a small bowl of rice with veggies or make a sandwich out of it.
