Most of the ones you've mentioned have assimilated to the point where they're not distinguishable from a legitimate Turk, whereas Kurds, Georgians, and a few others have kept a certain level of their independent identity. Kurds are the fiercest and most ferocious to Turks because of their victimization complex that they're going to turn into Turks themselves one day and thus won't have any history to remember them or any country etc. that's really theirs.
