Not Holidays but its considered normal to go abroad for 1 year after school. Most ppl go to anglo countrys to get better in english. Pretty much goes to australia and some to canada and a view to america. Reason for that is probably the weather and that you can earn really good money doing stupid work compared to other anglo countrys.
