Most of the black metal bands I listen to are from the US, Australia, and UK to be honest. Anglos make the best atmospheric black metal. My favorite black metal band is from Germany though.

Krallice is bretty good, I like a lot the ambiences they create. Like travelling through space. Esoteric (doom band) does that too but in another way.
