"Extra flags for 4chan" is a browser extension / userscript that adds an additional level of difficulty to collecting all the flags by introducing state and city flags. You can download it here: https://flaghunters.github.io/Extra-Flags-for-4chan/
What counts as a collectable flag?
- Poster is actually in the country
- Proxy (up to the collector to decide)
There is no real way to tell if a post is using a proxy or not. However, if you see a post with the name "PK" outside of the Netherlands, or tripcode "!Rarityvxes" outside of Australia, it is almost certainly a proxy.
Trading flags, or saving images that other people upload, generally doesn't count unless the flag is otherwise unobtainable.

I'm guessing it's Alderney, although it doesn't have a flag on int. Jersey and Guernsey are the only channel islands with flags.
