Several things wrong with this, firstly Mexico's products re a drop in the bucket where US consumer goods come to play so getting rid of them wouldn't force US companies to produce domestically but rather increase consumption and importation of Chinese goods.
You're right about the Mexican economy needing American Markets though, however in recent years the immigration trend of Mexicans going to the US has reversed on some years and significantly reduced on others. You collapse the Mexican economy and Mexicans will flood into the US, further negating whatever paltry impact the wall might have on immigration.
Thirdly, Mexico has always kept great tourist destinations, the economy collapsing won't change that as it hasn't in the past.
Lastly, you're still paying for the wall, if you use your money to fund something you're still paying for it, it doesn't matter if you were going to use it for something else. You're not "making" mexico do anything you're still paying for it.
The entire problem with immigration is far more complicated than "build wall.
