Tiny ones are probably cold and barren, as far as big ones go I think one is called Harjuu or Hiiu or something and it's just like the rest of Estonia.
Åland is between Sweden and Finland and is a popular vacation spot, rich Fennoswedes on an island basically.
Gotland is the big island right east of Sweden, lot of sailing to do and fun linguistics things but nothing touristy to see, just sheep and cool scenery. Visby is nice.
Öland is the long strip right next to Sweden, not much to see but pretty comfy.
Bornholm (not on map) is a Danish tourist trap but there's cool history shit so if that's your thing you might like it.
Other islands are irrelevant.
