It can be windy, but it's not that often and given the size of the Baltic sea the wind speeds don't get that bad. Temperature is anything between 22-30C, enough for you to be dressed casually without sweating to death. But the best is the sun rising at around 3:30 am and setting at around 10 pm (but it never really get completely dark). Lots of green areas around Stockholm, too.
