No. It is legal here, not just decriminalized and you can't start a coffee shop and sell it.
You can register as grower and have your own plants (up to 6 per house) or register as a consumer and buy it at drugstores (this last option is not implemented yet but is planned for this year).

The law the parliament approved explicitly stated the way the drug can be produced an distributed, so everything that is not in the law is illegal. I would preferred a more liberal approach but ok, now is better for consumers than the previous situation
