I don't think that's going to happen. We're going through deflation atm which should decrease that number somewhat and I really don't see where the growth in productivity could come from. The work force is already utilized to a reasonable level: unemployment is bouncing there around ~7% which is quite natural. Our export is going to dry up too because our neighbor Finland is in economic recess... Sweden is gonna see a possible real-estate crash which is potentially gonna fuck up their economy... Russia... oh well...
tl;dr I'd be happy if it stays green, but not very surprised if it dips below 1% to be completely honest.
