One american told me that japanese appeared to be loving the foreigners but in deep down japanese are hating foreigners so much. I don t really know as I am also an asian (currently in Russia). However from the perspective of Asian, Japanese is super self-protecting. Discriminating against asian speaking Japanese with thick accent in the working environment. Only the Japanese will get promoted. But surely this kind of self protection is not a bad thing tho.
