You know, if the experiment was to be done here, say in Tallinn, not in some smaller place where people are not cynical shits, the result would be 0/12.
No one would pick up a wallet firstly because everyone knows that there's nothing in the wallet it it's on the ground.
Secondly, no one would give two shits about the possibility of documents in the wallet: by the time it's found, the person will have a new set of documents.
(though i have to admit, I've recently lost two smartphones and they were all returned to me eventually)

in tel aviv for example there's parts where you'll get 0/12 returned and get raped in the meantime , while in other parts you'll get 11/12 returned .
