Pakistan is run by the military anyways, and really doesnt care about the sectarian violence going on in the country, so the population whining wont really affect much. It'll be business as usual for shia oppression in the country. If the government decides to fight against Iran (which is actually 50/50) Iran would be in a lot of trouble, because not only would the official military be fighting agianst Iran, but the terrorist agencies under control of the ISI would be as well. Then again though, India would be the deciding factor in that fight, Indians are begging to slaughter Pakis, and with the right collaboration with Iran, they probably could.
It would be a crazy war, WW2 levels of bloodshed, but I still think Iran would lose.
